About Me

I have passionately practiced yoga for over 12 years, often using it as a way to build my own self-worth and confidence. After experiencing a profound loss in early adulthood, I found myself unable to move forward. I no longer felt at home with the life and goals I’d had before. That is when I turned to yoga in a new way, fully devoted to the practice. It became the guiding path through my grief. I found peace, meaning, and a reason to keep living.
Eventually, I realized this was my new goal: to create a safe space for people to find their own peace. Over the next year and a half, I studied extensively in the teaching traditions of Sage Patanjali, earning my certifications and deepening my understanding of traditional Eastern yoga practices.

My journey is to help others find strength, healing, and peace. If you are seeking a place to heal, grow, and find connection to yourself and the world around you, I invite you to join me. The light in me recognizes and honors the light in you.
